Shipping and Returns

I'm pleased to offer free shipping within the Uk. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All orders will be packaged and shipped within 5 days

I want you to be completely happy with your painting so I offer a returns policy.

If you are not happy with your painting you have 7 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you will be required to pack and arrange return delivery using the same service it was sent to you.  Once the piece has been safely returned  your payment will be refunded within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the cost of shipping and PayPal fees.
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph.

At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any paintings sent outside of the UK.
